EndoStar Spreader Sonic File are available in sizes 25, 30, 35. They are used for irrigation and disinfection root canal treatments. Using these files with ultrasound provides ideal root canal disinfection.

However, ultrasound is not effective in narrow, curved canals because the file has contact with the wall of the root canal which inhibits the process of vibration.

First, it is recommended to use hand files size 20. The ultrasonic file should be placed at rest function, and after reaching the working length, the device should be switched on.
